IFSC Coaches’ Course in Leeds || World Climbing Academy

In October, a fantastic group of international female coaches came together at City Bloc for a five-day course, diving deep into the Women in Sport High-Performance Pathway (WISH) programme. The course is designed to empower women in sports coaching to strive for excellence in a coaching specific environment within sport climbing. The ultimate aim is to boost the visibility of women in our sport.

Leading the charge was Ellie Glennie, the IFSC coaches’ coach. You might already know her from the Bloc, where she wears another hat as the Precision Climbing Team Coach, check out the IFSC video below to find out all about it.
