Vibram Repair Tour at City Bloc Leeds – Free Climbing Shoe Resoling
City Bloc Leeds is psyched to host the Vibram Repair Tour, where Vibram’s mobile workshop and expert cobblers will offer FREE CLIMBING SHOE RESOLING. We’re also excited to announce the arrival of our in centre Vibram Resoling Station, making shoe repair accessible year-round for our climbing community.
Event Highlights
• Dates: Monday 25th to Wednesday 27th November
• Free Resoling Service: With Vibram’s skilled cobblers on-site, climbers can have their shoes professionally resoled for free. Availability is limited to 20-25 pairs per day, so be sure to register early.
• How it Works: Register by clicking the Register button. Once confirmed, participants drop off their shoes directly at the Vibram truck, and they’ll be ready for pick-up the next day.
• New Resoling Station: To further support sustainable climbing, City Bloc will soon have an in-centre Vibram Resoling Station, featuring guidance on resoling, rubber options, and shoe care tips (see below for more info).
Vibram Challenges
To celebrate the event, we’ll be setting some fun Vibram challenges to test your footwork and the performance of your newly resoled shoes. Bring your best game and see how they perform.

• In-House Resoling: Drop off your shoes directly at City Bloc for resoling no need to go elsewhere.
• Rubber Selection: Choose from Vibram’s top rubbers, like XS Edge and XS Grip 2, with guidance on each option’s benefits for durability, grip, and sensitivity.
• Shoe Care Tips: A “Do’s and Don’ts” totem provides essential advice on shoe maintenance, including when to resole.
• Eco-Friendly Mats: The station includes mats made from Vibram’s recycled rubber, supporting sustainable practices.
