If you’re a climber looking to improve your performance, we’ve got a session for you. On Sunday 9th June at 10am, we are holding a 2-hour Gymnastic Strength Training class. 

This unique two-hour session is tailored to climbers who want to enhance their strength and flexibility by incorporating gymnastic conditioning into their training regimen. Doing so will improve your climbing performance, reduce the risk of injury, and increase your overall fitness level.

About the Instructor

Matt is a strength and conditioning coach and sports therapist based in Leeds. With 20 years of climbing experience, he has achieved the coveted grade of 8a in sport climbing. For the past decade, Matt has been rehabbing, coaching, and programming for climbers, specialising in injury prevention. His expertise and experience make him the perfect guide for this gymnastic strength training class. 

Matt currently runs a strength and conditioning program for the British Army Climbing Team.
