Our training areas have climbing related equipment for improving specific skills and gym equipment to support general fitness.


Kilter Board

One of only three adjustable Kilterboards in the UK, our Kilter Board is a 4-metre wide wall that tilts from 30 to 70 degrees overhang. Each hold has an LED system that links to the Kilter Board app and lights up routes to guide you to the top.

Because every Kilter Board around the world is identical, you can test yourself on exactly the same climbs as someone in America or Japan. The database has thousands of climbs and is constantly growing.


Finger Board Zone

The fingerboard station in the comp wall has 2 stations both with a Beastmaker 1000 & 2000 hangboard and micro edges. We also have a electronic Smartboard for measuring finger strength and power to weight ratio.


Campus Board

Our campus board has various different rungs including extra large sloper rungs.


Overhanging Mirror Board

Our 45 degree overhanging wooden mirror board. This is great for steep climbing on all different hold types and also for training both sides of your body.
The board is linked to the Stokt app so all problems are stored on the app database.


The Gym

The gym has two half racks for bench pressing squats and deadlifts, a cable machine, lat pull down, dip station, hamstring curl machine, a free weights area with dumbbells and kettlebells, jump boxes and a pull up rig.

Mezzanine Training Area

The mezzanine in the comp room has a rig area for pull-ups, gymnastic rings, and TRX training. There’s a vertical wall for handstands and stretches with attachment points for TRX and bands, plus a Swedish ladder, dip bar, parallettes, a rower, and sandbags. There’s plenty of space for stretching, and this area is also used for yoga sessions.
