Every Weekend | Beginners Coaching
Get To Grips
By the end of this 30 minute instructed session you will have the skills necessary to boulder safely on your own. We will also cover warm up methods, and some basic movement techniques to help optimise your experience on any climbing wall. You will have the remainder of your two hour booking to practice what you’ve learned.
We suggest wearing sportswear, or something that will allow for comfortable, unrestricted movement. Climbing shoes must be worn and are included in the price of your Getting to Grips session.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session begins.

Women’s Coaching with Freya
We are dedicated to supporting women to feel confident in a climbing gym. We have an amazing team of women climbers, such as Freya, who are ready to teach you all you need to know about climbing as a woman.
To attend this FREE session:
- Book a climbing session for 17:00 or 17.30 on a Wednesday.
- Simply go and find Freya at 18:00 and the session will begin.
